"Together with the six grants awarded last month, the total amount of aid given to Indonesian researchers through PEER program this year reached 2.8 million U.S. dollars," said U.S. Ambassador to Indonesia, Scot Marciel who sent the press release to the porch yesterday.

This new grant from the U.S. will be used to fund research: multiple drug resistance in tuberculosis, dengue fever, leptospirosis, drug quality, biodiversity, education, climate change, and natural resource management.
